Description:
1. We are a professional China PVDF aluminium composite panel manufacturer. Our PVDF aluminium composite panel is formed by continuously hot-pressing the top and bottom aluminium sheets and the middle LDPE core layer.
2. The thickness of core layer can be changed upon request.
3. Our aluminum composite panel is manufactured in accordance with specific width; however, the length can be cut upon customers' requirements.
4. The front surface is coated with PVDE paint, covered with removable protective film. Surface of back sheet is done by anti-corrosive pretreatment or coated with anti-corrosive paints.

Alloy skin thickness: 0.12mm, 0.15mm, 0.21mm, 0.25mm, 0.30mm, 0.40mm, 0.45mm, 0.50mm.
Width: 1220mm(standard), 1250mm., 1300mm, 1500mm, 2000mm.
Length: 2440mm(standard), the Max length can be reach 8000mm.
Coating: PVDF

Evenly coating and customized color
We have our own stable quality control system and imported chemical and coating lines. The alloy surface is treated by chemical treatment and oxidative foils technology, giving strongly adhesive force between alloy and the coating layers. Additionally, we have many colors for your choices.
