The front surface of our nano-PVDF aluminum composite panel is coated with PVDF paints. The protective film adhered on the top surface can be peeled off. The back sheet of aluminium composite panel is done by anti-corrosive aluminum surface undergoing chemical pretreatment or coated with anti-corrosive PE paints.

Core layer: LDPE core of different thicknesses.
Bottom surface: 0.5 mm (0.45mm; 0.4mm) thick anti-corrosion PVDF (Nano) aluminium sheet.

Characteristics:
Nano-PVDF aluminum composite panel enjoys all the advantages of PVDF aluminium composite panel. Additionally, it is coated with nano layer on the surface of PVDF layer. When the greasy dirt and dust adhere on the surface, besmirch isn't able to penetrate into the molecule. As a result, besmirch can be cleaned easily by rainwater. Furthermore, molecule structure of fluorocarbon surface is ravined, so the tiny molecules of besmirch penetrate into the fluorocarbon molecule interval. Therefore, it's necessary to clean the ACP by using neutral chemical detergent. This feature of nano-PVDF aluminum composite panel helps largely reduce the cleaning and maintenance cost of buildings.
